Camomile Lawn

Our brand new Rather English Camomile Gin is a delicate, elegant, super smooth 42% London dry with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with our signature botanical of beautiful golden Camomile Flowers.  This is when less is definitely more!  This gin gives a real feel of hazy, lazy, long summer days.  It is a bright, grassy gin with lingering fragrant summer aromas.  A real taste of the garden and sunshine.

Currently available in 70cl bottles. Other sizes coming soon.

Serving Suggestion

Best served over ice and don’t be shy with your measure of gin.  Just add a splash or two of a plain regular tonic with a garnish of any citrus ribbon of your choice. We favour Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water or their Skinny Tonic Water as it has just the right amount of everything so as to compliment your Gin and Tonic rather than adding any unwanted flavours in or the plainest tonic you can find.  The Gin is the star of the show.

45ml Whittaker's Camomile Gin

15ml Jose Cuervo Especial

25ml Elderflower cordial

25ml apple juice

15ml fresh lime juice

6 dashes orange bitters

100ml soda

freshly sliced cucumber

Crush the cucumber in a shaker, add all ingredients except the soda, shake, strain into a glass filled with ice, add the soda and garnish with cucumber, lime and fresh mint!
