Damson Old Tom Gin

This is our second batch 44.1% ABV Old Tom style rich limited edition Damson Gin. We couldn’t resist making this as we have masses of Damsons growing here at the Distillery.  It is made with a combination of our gins at a high ABV so you get lots of underlying subtle flavours cutting through the fruit and sugar.  It starts off dark and rich in colour but turns bright and golden when the sugar is added. Perfect as a late night drink, delicious with cheese and biscuits or in a hip flask anytime while you are out in the countryside and in need of a bit of something to keep you going. 

Serving Suggestion

We would recommend you serve this neat with a cheese board - DELICIOUS!
