LIMITED EDITION KING'S CORONATION SUMMER SOLSTICE

To commemorate the King's Coronation, we are releasing a limited number of bottles of this very special Summer Solstice Gin so don't miss out!!

A fresh citrus, soft and smooth 42% ABV London dry gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with signature botanicals of mainly fresh Pink Grapefruit but with a little of White Grapefruit to give it softness and fresh Pomegranate to give it a long, lingering fruity ending.  

This gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not loose its nose, taste and unique character when served.  We only use fresh grapefruit peel to give the gin a bright freshness. 

Serving Suggestion

Best served over ice and don’t be shy with your measure of gin.  Just add a splash or two of a plain regular tonic with a garnish of a slice of either fresh, dried or frozen Pink Grapefruit.  We favour Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water or their Skinny Tonic Water as it has just the right amount of everything so as to compliment your Gin and Tonic rather than adding any unwanted flavours in or the plainest tonic you can find.  The Gin is the star of the show.
