Rosy Old Tom Gin - Batch 2

This is a 48% ABV Old Tom style gin. We couldn’t resist making this as we have masses of huge Rosehips in the Autumn growing here at the Distillery. It is made with a combination of our gins at a high ABV so you get lots of underlying subtle flavours cutting through the fruit and sugar. It starts off really pinky in colour but turns much paler when the sugar is added. Great as a late night drink or in a hip flask anytime while you are out in the countryside and in need of a bit of something.

Serving Suggestion

We would recommend you serve this neat with a cheese board - DELICIOUS!
