An international award winning super smooth classic 42% ABV London dry gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with signature botanicals of sweet Hawthorn Berries, Billberries, earthy Bog Myrtle, home grown garden Thyme with a gentle hint of fresh lemon citrus.
Most of these botanicals grow in the North Yorkshire Countryside so you get a sense of where it is from. This is a truly traditional style of London dry.This gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not loose its nose, taste and unique character when served.
This Gin was awarded Best International Gin and the only gin to win a Double Gold Medal at the American Distilling Institute Awards in 2018. It has won Silver Outstanding at the IWSC and was Spirit of the month just 3 months after being launched at Fortnum and Masons in London in 2015.
