Pink Particular

An award winning smooth 42% ABV contemporary London dry with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with signature botanicals of dried Pink Hibiscus Flowers, Pink Peppercorns, Cardamon and a gentle hint of fresh lemon citrus. It is because of the Hibiscus and Peppercorns which give this gin its name.

On the morning of the distillation after the botanicals have been steeped for 24 hours, the liquid is bright pink before being distilled where the vapour is condensed and turned back into a clear liquid brimming with essential oils from the botanicals.

This gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not loose its nose, taste and unique character when served.

This Gin was the winner at the Craft Distilling Expo European Contemporary Gin of the Year in 2016.

Serving Suggestion

Best served over ice and don’t be shy with your measure of gin. Just add a splash or two of a plain regular tonic with a garnish of dried Pink Hibiscus Flowers which will turn it fabulously pink, Pink Peppercorns which you can freeze in your ice cubes or a slice of fresh or frozen Pink Grapefruit. We favour Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water or their Skinny Tonic Water as it has just the right amount of everything so as to compliment your Gin and Tonic rather than adding any unwanted flavours in or the plainest tonic you can find. The Gin is the star of the show.
